Item Availability

We do our best to ensure that our inventory is accurate, but shit happens and there may be times when an item is no longer available when an order is processed.

In the event that you place an order and an item is not available we will contact you via email. If we do not hear from you within one week we will cancel the missing item and refund it or cancel the order and provide a full refund.

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Items must still have their tags, be unwashed, unsoiled, and free of odor from smoke, deodorant, cologne etc. Shoes cannot have been worn outside and must be free of sock lint/fluff. Any skateboard decks and hardware that have been skated cannot be returned unless defective.

 

If you do have a product that you suspect is defective please contact us before sending it back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@proskates.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
